Supports Healthy Digestion, Circulation, and Tissue Strength
White Oak Bark is a powerful herb used to support digestive comfort, reduce minor bleeding, and strengthen tissues throughout the body. Its astringent compounds tighten and tone tissues, which helps reduce minor bleeding and soothe irritated mucous membranes. In the digestive tract, it calms diarrhea by reducing inflammation, toning the intestinal lining, and slowing excess fluid loss. White Oak Bark also supports overall gut health and healthy circulation, making it a reliable ally for digestive comfort and tissue strength.
Directions
Add one to two dropperfuls in juice or water two times a day or as needed. Herbs respond differently in every body, so always start with less and adjust according to how you feel.
Ingredients
White Oak Bark (Quercus Alba) with distilled water and 50% alcohol, 1:4 herb strength
The amount of alcohol in a typical tincture dose is very small, usually equivalent to, or less than what’s naturally found in a ripe banana. We prefer alcohol because it ensures the plant compounds reach the areas of your body where they are needed very fast, while with glycerin or capsules, some of these compounds can be lost during digestion and absorption.
If you prefer less alcohol or no alcohol, add the tincture dose to a cup of hot water or tea, and wait two minutes before drinking — this allows much of the alcohol to evaporate.
Precautions
If you are taking any other medications please consult your healthcare professional before using. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
