Directions
Add one to two dropperfuls in water or juice one to two times a day or as needed. Herbs respond differently in every body, so always start with less and adjust according to how you feel.
Ingredients
Reishi (Ganoderma luciduma) with distilled water & 40% alcohol, 1:4
The amount of alcohol in a typical tincture dose is very small, usually equivalent to, or less than what’s naturally found in a ripe banana. We prefer alcohol because it ensures the plant compounds reach the areas of your body where they are needed very fast, while with glycerin or capsules, some of these compounds can be lost during digestion and absorption.
If you prefer less alcohol or no alcohol, add the tincture dose to a cup of hot water or tea, and wait two minutes before drinking — this allows much of the alcohol to evaporate.
