This tincture is designed to help the prostate maintain its normal size and function, supporting smooth urinary flow and reducing mild urinary discomfort. Saw Palmetto and Pygeum Bark promote healthy prostate tissue and normal bladder emptying, while Wild Yam Root provides hormonal support that indirectly benefits prostate function. Marshmallow Root and Hydrangea Root gently soothe urinary tract tissues, Juniper Berry supports mild detoxification, and Schisandra Berry adds adaptogenic support for overall hormonal balance. This tincture may help manage symptoms of an enlarged prostate and support normal prostate function over time. Together, these herbs help the prostate function efficiently, support healthy urinary flow, and reduce irritation associated with mild prostate strain.

Directions: Add one to two dropperfuls in juice or water two times a day or as needed. Herbs respond differently in every body, so always start with less and adjust according to how you feel.

Ingredients
Pygeum Bark, Saw Palmetto Berry, Schisandra Berry, Hydrangea Root, Marshmallow Root, Wild Yam Root, Juniper Berry with distilled water and 50% alcohol, 1:4

The amount of alcohol in a typical tincture dose is very small, usually equivalent to, or less than what’s naturally found in a ripe banana. We prefer alcohol because it ensures the plant compounds reach the areas of your body where they are needed very fast, while with glycerin or capsules, some of these compounds can be lost during digestion and absorption.

If you prefer less alcohol or no alcohol, add the tincture dose to a cup of hot water or tea, and wait two minutes before drinking - this allows much of the alcohol to evaporate.
