Lymphatic & Spleen Tincture

Clear, Flowing Lymph - Detoxify, Energize & Strengthen

This tincture is designed to support the movement and purification of lymph, helping the body clear waste, reduce stagnation, and maintain balance in fluid and immune pathways. Chaparral and Poke Root gently cleanse and detoxify the lymphatic pathways, while Burdock Root and Plantain Leaf nourish and support the body’s natural filtering processes. White Oak Bark and Prickly Ash Bark promote circulation and help keep fluids moving efficiently, and Fenugreek adds gentle support for overall immune health.

Directions
Add one to two dropperfuls in juice or water two times a day. Herbs respond differently in every body, so always start with less and adjust according to how you feel.

Ingredients
Chaparral Herb, Poke Root, Plantain Leaf, Burdock Root, White Oak Bark, Prickly Ash Bark, Fenugreek with distilled water and 50% alcohol, 1:4

The amount of alcohol in a typical tincture dose is very small, usually equivalent to, or less than what’s naturally found in a ripe banana. We prefer alcohol because it ensures the plant compounds reach the areas of your body where they are needed very fast, while with glycerin or capsules, some of these compounds can be lost during digestion and absorption.

If you prefer less alcohol or no alcohol, add the tincture dose to a cup of hot water or tea, and wait two minutes before drinking - this allows much of the alcohol to evaporate.
