Kidney & Bladder Support – Cleanse, Soothe & Strengthen

This tincture helps strengthen, cleanse, and protect the kidneys - supporting their vital role in filtering the blood, balancing fluids, and removing waste from the body. Plantain, Cornsilk, and Marshmallow Root gently soothe and protect urinary tissues, while Couch Grass and Parsley help flush excess fluids and support detoxification through the urinary system. White Oak Bark and Uva Ursi provide toning and antimicrobial support, helping maintain a healthy urinary environment, and Juniper adds a mild diuretic effect to assist in clearing waste and reducing stagnation. These herbs work to keep the kidneys and bladder clear, strong, and functioning optimally.

Directions
Add one to two dropperfuls in juice or water two times a day or as needed. Herbs respond differently in every body, so always start with less and adjust according to how you feel.

Ingredients
Plantain Leaf, Cornsilk, Marshmallow Root, Couch Grass Root, Parsley Leaf, White Oak Bark, Uva Ursi Leaf, Juniper Berry with distilled water and 50% alcohol, 1:4

The amount of alcohol in a typical tincture dose is very small, usually equivalent to, or less than what’s naturally found in a ripe banana. We prefer alcohol because it ensures the plant compounds reach the areas of your body where they are needed very fast, while with glycerin or capsules, some of these compounds can be lost during digestion and absorption.

If you prefer less alcohol or no alcohol, add the tincture dose to a cup of hot water or tea, and wait two minutes before drinking - this allows much of the alcohol to evaporate.
