Eye Health Tincture

Support Healthy Vision and Eye Function

This tincture is formulated to support healthy vision and maintain eye function by nourishing ocular tissues and promoting circulation to the eyes. Eyebright, Bilberry, and Ginkgo Leaf provide antioxidants that protect delicate eye structures and support retinal health, while White Oak Bark, Pau d’Arco, and Butcher’s Broom enhance circulation and reduce inflammation. Mullein, Plantain, Horsetail, Chickweed, Marshmallow, and Pasión Flower help soothe eye tissues, reduce irritation, and provide gentle anti-inflammatory support. These herbs work together to help the eyes function optimally and maintain visual clarity over time.

Directions
Add one to two dropperfuls in juice or water two times a day or as needed. Herbs respond differently in every body, so always start with less and adjust according to how you feel.

Ingredients
Eyebright Herb, White Oak Bark, Pau d’Arco Bark, Mullein Leaf, Bilberry Fruit, Plantain Leaf, Horsetail Herb, Ginkgo Leaf, Chickweed Herb, Pasión Flower Herb, Butcher’s Broom Root, Marshmallow Root with distilled water and 50% alcohol, 1:4

The amount of alcohol in a typical tincture dose is very small, usually equivalent to, or less than what’s naturally found in a ripe banana. We prefer alcohol because it ensures the plant compounds reach the areas of your body where they are needed very fast, while with glycerin or capsules, some of these compounds can be lost during digestion and absorption.

If you prefer less alcohol or no alcohol, add the tincture dose to a cup of hot water or tea, and wait two minutes before drinking - this allows much of the alcohol to evaporate.
