This tincture activates the digestive system, increases bile production, and supports smoother, more efficient breakdown of food. It is designed to help with sluggish digestion, bloating, heaviness after meals, and overall digestive sluggishness. Boldo and Prodigiosa provide deep, liver-focused bitter support, encouraging healthy bile flow and easing stagnation. Chaparro Amargo and Cuasia help cleanse and rebalance the gut terrain, supporting a more harmonious digestive environment. Horehound gently stimulates gastric secretions, strengthening digestive function, while Cáscara Sagrada promotes regular elimination to prevent stagnation. Peppermint cools and calms the digestive tract, easing discomfort, and Fennel helps reduce gas and bloating while supporting smooth, steady digestive flow.

Directions
Add one to two dropperfuls in juice or water two times a day or as needed. Herbs respond differently in every body, so always start with less and adjust according to how you feel. 

The best time to take this tincture is 5–15 minutes before meals to activate digestion and support smoother breakdown of food. If you forget, you can also take it right after a heavy meal to ease bloating and digestive discomfort.

Ingredients
Boldo leaf, Chaparro amargo, Cuasia wood, Horehound, Prodigiosa, Cáscara sagrada bark, Peppermint leaf, Fennel seed with distilled water and 50% alcohol, 1:4

The amount of alcohol in a typical tincture dose is very small, usually equivalent to, or less than what’s naturally found in a ripe banana. We prefer alcohol because it ensures the plant compounds reach the areas of your body where they are needed very fast, while with glycerin or capsules, some of these compounds can be lost during digestion and absorption.

If you prefer less alcohol or no alcohol, add the tincture dose to a cup of hot water or tea, and wait two minutes before drinking - this allows much of the alcohol to evaporate.
