This blend is designed to support the nervous system, enhance mental clarity, and protect the brain from stress and fatigue. Gotu Kola and Ginkgo Leaf nourish and support circulation to the brain, helping maintain focus, memory, and cognitive function. Skullcap and Eleuthero provide gentle calming and adaptogenic support, helping the nerves respond to stress while supporting resilience. Schisandra and Astragalus aid in protecting nerve cells and maintaining energy levels, while He Shou Wu helps support long-term vitality and cognitive health. Butcher’s Broom and Cayenne Pepper promote healthy circulation, ensuring nutrients and oxygen reach the nervous system efficiently. Together, these herbs help maintain healthy brain and nerve function, supporting focus, energy, and overall nervous system balance.

Directions
Add one to two dropperfuls in juice or water two times a day or as needed. Herbs respond differently in every body, so always start with less and adjust according to how you feel.

Ingredients
Gotu Kola Herb, Skullcap Herb, Ginkgo Leaf, Eleuthero Root, Schisandra Berry, Astragalus Root, He Shou Wu Root, Butcher’s Broom Root, Cayenne Pepper with distilled water and 50% alcohol, 1:4

The amount of alcohol in a typical tincture dose is very small, usually equivalent to, or less than what’s naturally found in a ripe banana. We prefer alcohol because it ensures the plant compounds reach the areas of your body where they are needed very fast, while with glycerin or capsules, some of these compounds can be lost during digestion and absorption.

If you prefer less alcohol or no alcohol, add the tincture dose to a cup of hot water or tea, and wait two minutes before drinking - this allows much of the alcohol to evaporate.
