Supports Muscle Strength, Endurance, and Recovery

This powerful herbal tincture is designed to support your muscle strength, boost endurance, and speed up recovery. It works by reducing fatigue, easing inflammation, and improving circulation so your muscles get the oxygen and nutrients they need. It will help you to push through the tough workouts, recover from daily strain, and assist your body to adapt, repair, and come back stronger. These herbs help you to stay active and resilient every day.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
For anyone who trains hard, lifts heavy, or just pushes their body regularly, ashwagandha can be a great ally. Research has shown that it supports muscle strength, endurance, and even helps speed up recovery. One study found that people who took ashwagandha while strength training saw noticeable gains in muscle size and power, and had less muscle damage after workouts. Ashwaganda helps to balance stress hormones, support energy, and promote recovery.

Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea)
Rhodiola is traditionally used to boost energy, endurance, and mental clarity. It helps your body adapt to stress while giving you more stamina to power through tough workouts or long days. Modern research backs this up: Rhodiola has been shown to improve endurance, reduce fatigue, and support faster recovery, especially when taken before exercise. It works by helping your body use oxygen more efficiently and supporting your stress response.

Panax Ginseng
Whether you’re lifting weights or running marathons, ginseng helps fuel your body and boost your endurance. Its natural compounds, called ginsenosides, support energy levels, help manage stress and is especially helpful for recovery and strength. Some studies have shown ginseng can increase time to exhaustion and help the body recover faster after intense training.

Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris / sinensis)
Amazing for athletes for its ability to boost stamina and oxygen uptake. Cordyceps has a long history in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a tonic for energy, lung health, and endurance. Modern studies show that cordyceps extends the time you can train before fatigue kicks in. It also supports recovery by reducing oxidative stress and improving how your body uses energy.

Maca (Lepidium meyenii)
Maca is a root traditionally used for energy, endurance, and hormone balance. It’s often called “Peruvian ginseng,” though it’s technically a cruciferous vegetable like a supercharged radish. Maca has been shown to support physical performance, reduce fatigue, and improve stamina, both in the gym and in everyday life. It’s especially popular for supporting libido and overall vitality.

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum)
Fenugreek has been used for centuries as a warming, nourishing herb to support physical strength and overall vitality. Traditionally used in Ayurvedic and Middle Eastern medicine, it’s known for helping the body recover from fatigue and maintain energy through demanding activity. Supports muscle recovery, reduce post-workout soreness, and help fuel endurance over time. It’s rich in naturally occurring compounds that may support healthy inflammation responses and help your body bounce back faster after intense training.

Turmeric (Curcuma longa)
Turmeric is one of nature’s most powerful allies for recovery and resilience. It is loved for its ability to support healthy inflammation levels: key for anyone who moves a lot, trains hard, or needs to stay limber. Thanks to its active compound, curcumin, turmeric helps ease post-workout soreness, support joint health, and keep your body feeling mobile and strong.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Ginger is a powerhouse for active bodies. Traditionally used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, ginger helps get your blood flowing, supports digestion, and soothes sore muscles. It’s especially useful after workouts, helping reduce stiffness, ease muscle tension, and promote recovery. Ginger also supports circulation, which means nutrients get where they need to go fast so your body can bounce back quicker.

Schisandra berry (Schisandra chinensis)
Schisandra is traditionally used for energy, endurance, and recovery. It supports both the body and mind helping you stay focused, recover faster, and handle stress like a pro. We love schisandra its ability to boost stamina, protect the liver and support oxygen use during workouts. It’s great for long distance runners, high performers, and anyone needing a lift that doesn’t overstimulate.

Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus)
Improves muscle strength, endurance, and recovery by reducing fatigue and boosting energy levels. It supports your body’s ability to adapt to physical stress, enhances oxygen use in muscles, and speeds up recovery after exercise. This makes it easier to train harder and bounce back faster.

Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica)
Gotu Kola supports muscle strength, recovery, and endurance by improving circulation and reducing inflammation. It helps repair connective tissue and boosts collagen production, which aids muscle healing and flexibility. Plus, it enhances mental focus and reduces fatigue, helping you push through tough workouts and recover more quickly.

Directions
For best results, take one to two dropperfuls 20-30 minutes before activity to support energy, endurance, and focus, or after exercise to aid muscle recovery and reduce inflammation. You can also take it once or twice daily on non-workout days to maintain steady energy and support overall strength and resilience. Herbs respond differently in every body, so always start with less and adjust according to how you feel.

Ingredients
Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Ginseng, Cordyceps, Maca, Schisandra berry, Ginger, Turmeric, Eleuthero, Gotu Kola with distilled water and 50% alcohol, 1:4 herb strength

The amount of alcohol in a typical tincture dose is very small, usually equivalent to, or less than what’s naturally found in a ripe banana. We prefer alcohol because it ensures the plant compounds reach the areas of your body where they are needed very fast, while with glycerin or capsules, some of these compounds can be lost during digestion and absorption.

If you prefer less alcohol or no alcohol, add the tincture dose to a cup of hot water or tea, and wait two minutes before drinking — this allows much of the alcohol to evaporate.
